Section 641(d)(1) of the Tariff Act of 1930 ( 19 U.S.C. 1641(d)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (E), by striking ; or and inserting a semicolon; in subparagraph (F), by striking the period and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: has been convicted of committing or conspiring to commit an act of terrorism described in section 2332b of title 18, United States Code. . Section 641 of the Tariff Act of 1930 ( 19 U.S.C. 1641 ) is amended— by striking the Customs Service each place it appears and inserting U.S.
Customs and Border Protection ; in subsection (d)(2)(B), by striking The Customs Service and inserting U.S. Customs and Border Protection ; and in subsection (g)(2)(B), by striking Secretary’s notice and inserting notice under subparagraph
(A).
