Title XVIII of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 is amended— in subsection
(d)of section 1801 ( 6 U.S.C. 571 ) by— striking paragraph (2); and redesignating paragraph
(3)as paragraph (2); and in paragraph
(1)of section 1804(b) ( 6 U.S.C. 574(b) ), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking Assistant Secretary for Grants and Planning and inserting Assistant Administrator of the Grant Programs Directorate of the Federal Emergency Management Agency .
