Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall— assess the progress made by the Administration and the effect on aviation security of implementing the requirements under sections 6104 through 6111 of this Act; and report to the appropriate committees of Congress on the results of the assessment under paragraph (1), including any recommendations.
