Section 47137 is amended— in subsection (a), by striking Transportation and inserting Homeland Security ; in subsection (e), by striking Homeland Security and inserting Transportation ; and in subsection (g), by inserting “of Transportation” after Secretary the first place it appears. Section 817(a) of the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 ( 49 U.S.C. 47125 note) is amended— by striking or section 23 and inserting , section 23 ; and by inserting before the period at the end the following: , or section 47125 of title 49, United States Code .
