The Integrated Coastal and Ocean Observation System Act of 2009 is amended by striking section 12309 ( 33 U.S.C. 3608 ). The table of contents in section 1(b) of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 ( Public Law 111–11 ; 123 Stat. 991) is amended by striking the item related to section 12309.
