Section 1116(e) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking September 30, 2015 and inserting September 30, 2017 . Section 3(i) of the Agent Orange Act of 1991 ( Public Law 102–4 ; 38 U.S.C. 1116 note) is amended by striking December 31, 2015 and inserting December 31, 2017 .
