Section 12 of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945 ( 12 U.S.C. 635i–6 ) is amended to read as follows: Beginning on the date on which the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the Department of Labor first publishes the Consumer Price Index after the date that is 1 year after the date of the enactment of this section, and annually thereafter, the Bank shall adjust all dollar amounts specified in this Act by the percentage change in the Consumer Price Index published on that date from the Consumer Price Index published the previous year. .
