Section 333B of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1983b ) is amended— in subsection (h), by striking 2018 and inserting 2016 ; and by adding at the end the following new subsection: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section $5,000,000 for fiscal year 2017 and each fiscal year thereafter. .
