Not later than two years from the date of enactment of this Act, the relevant Secretary shall file a map and legal description of the National Conservation Areas established by section 201 of this title with the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate. Each map and legal description submitted under this section shall have the same force and effect as if included in this title, except that the relevant Secretary may make minor modifications of any clerical or typographical errors in the map or legal description provided that prior to any modifications, clerical or typographical changes, these changes are reported to the State of Utah and the affected county.
A copy of the map and legal description shall be on file and available for public inspection in the appropriate offices of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the Bureau of Land Management, and the United States Forest Service.
