Title IV of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act ( 16 U.S.C. 1881 et seq. ) is amended by adding at the end the following: In preparing stock assessments under this Act, the Secretary shall place emphasis on such assessments for economically important fisheries associated with coral reefs. For stock assessments under this section there are appropriated such sums as are necessary. . The table of contents in the first section of such Act is amended by adding at the end of the items relating to title IV the following: Sec. 409. Stock assessments for fisheries associated with coral reefs. .
