Section 205 ( 16 U.S.C. 6404 ) is amended— in the section heading, by striking and inserting Reef conservation ; and Reef conservation and restoration in subsections
(a)and (b), by striking Fund and inserting Coral Reef Conservation and Restoration Fund .
