Sec. 301. Report on monitoring and evaluating of ongoing assistance programs in Syria and to the Syrian people

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State and the Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development shall submit to the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate a report on the monitoring and evaluation of ongoing assistance programs in Syria and to the Syrian people. The report required by subsection
(a)shall include— the specific project monitoring and evaluation plans, including measurable goals and performance metrics for assistance in Syria; and the major challenges to monitoring and evaluating programs in Syria.
