Section 23 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 ( 42 U.S.C. 1771 et seq. ) is amended— in subsection (e)(2), by striking all that follows after have adopted and inserting the following: or will adopt in the upcoming school year a universal free breakfast program, or that have considered or intend to establish, service methods that make breakfast a part of the school day. ; and in subsection (j)— by striking such sum as necessary and inserting $25,000,000 ; and by striking 2015 and inserting 2020 .
