Section 28 of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Act ( 15 U.S.C. 278n ) is amended— by striking subsection (g); and in subsection (k)— in paragraph (3), by inserting and after the semicolon at the end; in paragraph (4)(B), by striking ; and at the end and inserting a period; and by striking paragraph (5).
