For an additional amount for financial systems modernization, $41,215,000, to remain available until September 30, 2018. Funds made available in subsection
(a)for financial systems modernization may be transferred by the Secretary of Homeland Security between appropriations for the same purpose, notwithstanding section 503 of this Act. No transfer described in subsection
(b)shall occur until 15 days after the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate are notified of such transfer.
