None of the funds made available by this Act may be used by the Director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service— to issue a final rule for the proposed regulations listed under docket number FWS–R7–NWRS–2014–0005; or to implement the final rule entitled Alaska; Hunting and Trapping in National Preserves and dated (80 Fed. Reg. 64325 (October 23, 2015)).
