Section 155 of Public Law 111–203 is amended as follows: In subsection (b)— in paragraph (1)— by striking immediately ; and by inserting as provided for in appropriation Acts after to the Office ; by striking paragraph (2); and by redesignating paragraph
(3)as paragraph (2). In subsection (d), by striking the heading and inserting “ ASSESSMENT SCHEDULE.— ”. The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on October 1, 2017.
