Section 3014(e) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300jj–34(e) ) is amended— in paragraph (3), by striking at the end or ; in paragraph (4), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: carry out any of the activities described in a previous paragraph of this subsection with respect to communities with a high proportion of individuals from racial and ethnic minority groups (as defined in section 1707(g)). .
