Sec. 795. Report on impact of sleep and circadian health disorders in vulnerable & racial/ethnic populations

Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall submit to the Congress and the President a report on the impact of sleep and circadian health disorders for racial and ethnic minority communities and other vulnerable populations. The report under subsection
(a)shall include information on the— progress that has been made in reducing the impact of sleep and circadian health disorders in such communities and populations; opportunities that exist to make additional progress in reducing the impact of sleep and circadian health disorders in such communities and populations; challenges that may impede such additional progress; and Federal funding necessary to achieve substantial reductions in sleep and circadian health disorders in racial and ethnic minority communities.
