Section 2623 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300ff–31b ) is amended by adding at the end the following: In addition to amounts otherwise authorized to be appropriated for carrying out this subpart, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out sections 2612(b)(3)(B) and 2616 for each of fiscal years 2017 through 2020. .
