In this Act: The term fentanyl means an opiate analgesic that is listed as a controlled substance in schedule II under section 202 of the Controlled Substances Act ( 21 U.S.C. 812 ). The term naloxone means the opiate antagonist naloxone, approved by the Food and Drug Administration, in any approved manner of administration. The term opiate has the meaning given such term in section 102(18) of the Controlled Substances Act.
