Section 471(a) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 671(a) ), as amended by section 201(a) of this Act, is further amended— in paragraph (35), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (36), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: provides a detailed explanation of the State’s treatment of relative caregivers of minor children with respect to whom foster care maintenance payments or adoption assistance payments are made under the State plan approved under this part, including— information regarding how the State defines terms such as relative , fictive kin , and caregiver ; a description of training related to relative caregivers that is provided to caseworkers of the State agency responsible for administering the State plan; and a description of efforts by the State to provide foster family home licenses to, or to waive licensing requirements for, relative caregivers. .
