Of the discretionary funds made available in Public Law 114–113 for the Department of Veterans Affairs for fiscal year 2017, $134,000,000 are rescinded from Medical Services , $26,000,000 are rescinded from Medical Support and Compliance , and $9,000,000 are rescinded from Medical Facilities .
