Sec. 202. Expedited completion of reports for certain projects

The Secretary shall expedite the completion of a feasibility study for each of the following projects, and if the Secretary determines that the project is justified in a completed report, may proceed directly to preconstruction planning, engineering, and design of the project: Project for flood risk management, Little Colorado River at Winslow, Navajo County, Arizona. Project for flood risk management, Lower San Joaquin River, California. In carrying out the feasibility study for the project, the Secretary shall include Reclamation District 17 as part of the study.
Project for flood risk management and ecosystem restoration, Sacramento River Flood Control System, California. Project for hurricane and storm damage risk reduction, Ft. Pierce, Florida. Project for flood risk management, Des Moines and Raccoon Rivers, Iowa. Project for navigation, Mississippi River Ship Channel, Louisiana. Project for flood risk management, North Branch Ecorse Creek, Wayne County, Michigan. Project for flood risk management, Rahway River Basin (Upper Basin), New Jersey.
Project for navigation, Upper Ohio River, Pennsylvania. The Secretary shall expedite completion of a post-authorization change report for each of the following projects: Project for flood risk management, Swope Park Industrial Area, Kansas City, Missouri. Project for hurricane and storm damage risk reduction, New Hanover County, North Carolina.
