Section 210 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2238 ) is amended— in subsection (c)(3) by striking for each of fiscal years 2015 through 2022 and inserting for each fiscal year ; and in subsection (d)(1)(A)— in the matter preceding clause
(i)by striking For each of fiscal years 2015 through 2024 and inserting For each fiscal year ; in clause
(i)by striking 90 and inserting Not more than 90 ; and in clause
(ii)by striking 10 and inserting At least 10 .
