Section 213(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 ( Public Law 102–580 ; 106 Stat. 4831) is amended by adding at the end the following: Not later than 90 days after the last day of each fiscal year, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a report on the amount of acquisitions in such fiscal year made by the Corps of Engineers for civil works projects from entities that manufactured the articles, materials, or supplies outside of the United States. The report required under subparagraph
(A)shall indicate, for each acquisition— the dollar value of any articles, materials, or supplies purchased that were manufactured outside of the United States; and a summary of the total procurement funds spent on goods manufactured in the United States and the total procurement funds spent on goods manufactured outside of the United States. Not later than 30 days after the submission of a report under subparagraph (A), the Secretary shall make such report publicly available on the agency’s Web site. .
