Not later than September 30, 2017, the Secretary shall finalize all permit decisions and publish all decision documents related to the construction of, impoundment of water in, and operation of, the Lower Bois d’Arc Creek Reservoir Project, including any associated water transmission facilities, by the North Texas Municipal Water District in Fannin County, Texas. Not later than June 30, 2017, the Secretary shall report to Congress on the status of the permit decisions and related documents described in subsection
(a)and whether or not the Secretary anticipates being able to meet the deadline established in such subsection, including, if applicable, a justification of why the Secretary may fail to meet such deadline.
