The Secretary shall expedite carrying out the projects listed under paragraphs
(29)through
(33)of section 212(e) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1999 ( 33 U.S.C. 2332(e) ) and is authorized to proceed to construction on such any such project if the Chief of Engineers determines the project is feasible.
