Additional readiness funds made available in title II of this Act for Operation and Maintenance, Army , Operation and Maintenance, Navy , Operation and Maintenance, Marine Corps , and Operation and Maintenance, Air Force may be transferred to and merged with any appropriation of the Department of Defense for activities related to the Zika virus in order to provide health support for the full range of military operations and sustain the health of the members of the Armed Forces, civilian employees of the Department of Defense, and their families, to include: research and development, disease surveillance, vaccine development, rapid detection, vector controls and surveillance, training, and outbreak response:
Provided , That the authority provided in this section is subject to the same terms and conditions as the authority provided in Sec. 8005 of this Act.
