Section 1613(a) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1382b(a) ), as amended by section 102 of this Act, is amended— by striking and at the end of paragraph (17); by striking the period at the end of paragraph
(18)and inserting ; and ; and by inserting after paragraph
(18)the following: any child’s savings account (as defined in section 2 of the CSA OPPORTUNITY Act), including accrued interest or other earnings thereon. . Section 1613(e)(5) of such Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1382b(e)(5) ) is amended by inserting of this Act or section 2 of the CSA OPPORTUNITY Act before the period.
