Section 139(h) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (2)— by inserting the Secretaries of the military departments, after Logistics, ; and by striking 10 days and all that follows through title 31 and inserting January 31 of each year, through January 31, 2021 ; and in paragraph (5), by inserting after Secretary the following: of Defense and the Secretaries of the military departments .
