Section 701(i) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by inserting except as provided in paragraph (3), after the Secretary of Defense, ; and in paragraph (3), by striking only one such member shall be allowed leave under this subsection and inserting one of the members shall be allowed up to 21 days of leave under this subsection and the other member shall be allowed up to 14 days of leave under this subsection .
