Section 2979 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 (division B of Public Law 113–66 ; 127 Stat. 1044) is amended by striking on March 31, 2039. and inserting the following: only as follows: If the Secretary of the Navy makes an election to terminate the withdrawal and reservation of the public land. If the Secretary of the Interior, upon request by the Secretary of the Navy, transfers administrative jurisdiction over the public land to the Secretary of the Navy. A transfer under this paragraph may consist of a portion of the land, in which case the termination of the withdrawal and reservation applies only with respect to the land so transferred. .
