Sec. 5. Monthly reports on status of major medical facility projects

For each month that begins after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a report on the status of each major medical facility project authorized under section 2. Each such report shall include, for each project covered by the report, information about the status of the design and procurement planning, contract modification management, and cost escalation of the project. The requirement to submit monthly reports under this section shall terminate on the date on which the Administrative Investigative Board of the Department of Veterans Affairs submits to Congress the report of the Administrative Investigative Board on the major medical facility project carried out at the Department medical center in Aurora, Colorado.
