It is the sense of Congress that the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration should— carefully consider all comments that are submitted on the proposed policy regarding the impact of one engine inoperative procedures in obstruction evaluation aeronautical studies; and work with relevant stakeholders to preserve safety and efficiency while balancing the important needs of communities, airports, and airport users.
