Not later than May 1, 2016, the Administrator of the FAA shall issue a notice of proposed rulemaking to comply with section 3 of the Small Airplane Revitalization Act of 2013 ( 49 U.S.C. 44704 note). The Government’s review process shall be streamlined to meet the deadline in subsection (a).
