Section 428(d) ( 20 U.S.C. 1078(d) ) is amended by striking section 207 of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act ( and inserting 50 U.S.C. App. 527 ) the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (50 U.S.C. App. 501 et seq.) .
