Section 310 of title 31, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating subsection
(d)as subsection (e); and by inserting after subsection
(c)the following: FinCEN may act in its own name and through its own attorneys in enforcing any provision of subchapter II of chapter 53, section 21 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, section 123 of Public Law 91–508 , any rules thereunder, or any other law or regulation, or in any action, suit, or proceeding relating to such laws or regulations to which the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network is a party. .
