Section 7001(a)(3) of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 ( 33 U.S.C. 2761(a)(3) ) is amended— by striking Minerals Management Service and inserting Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, ; and by inserting the United States Arctic Research Commission, after National Aeronautics and Space Administration, . Section 7001 of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 ( 33 U.S.C. 2761 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking Department of Transportation and inserting department in which the Coast Guard is operating ; and in subsection (c)(8)(A), by striking
(1989)and inserting
(2010).
