Section 98(b) of title 14, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking any appropriated Federal funds for and insert any funds appropriated to the Coast Guard on ; and in paragraph (2), by striking artifacts. and inserting artifacts, including the design, fabrication, and installation of exhibits or displays in which such artifacts are included. .
