The Secretary of the Interior shall charge any conveyance of land conveyed to the State of Alaska pursuant to this subtitle against the State’s remaining entitlement under section 6(b) of the Act of July 7, 1958 (commonly known as the Alaska Statehood Act ; Public Law 85–508 ; 72 Stat. 339). The Secretary of the Interior shall charge any conveyance of land conveyed to BSNC pursuant to this subtitle, against BSNC’s remaining entitlement under section 14(h)(8) of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act ( 43 U.S.C. 1613(h)(8) ).
