The Secretary of Agriculture shall support national media campaigns to decrease the incidence of food waste. The Secretary of Agriculture shall use $8,000,000 of funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation to carry out this section for fiscal year 2017. Such funds shall remain available until expended.
