Section 22(b) of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 ( 42 U.S.C. 1791(b) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The term ultimate distribution means any method by which an individual receives a product from an entity, including by donation or at a reduced cost. . Section 22 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 ( 42 U.S.C. 1791 ) is amended— in subsections (b)(1), (b)(2), and
(e)by striking Federal, State, and local and inserting Federal and State ; and in subsection (f), by striking or local . Section 22(e)(2) of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 ( 42 U.S.C. 1791(e)(2) ) is amended by striking distribution and inserting ultimate distribution to needy individuals .
