Title XII of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3801 et seq. ) is amended— in section 1201(a), by adding at the end the following: The term composting practice includes— activities to produce compost, including activities that do not require the use of a composting facility; and the use of compost. ; in section 1238D(2)(B)(i), by inserting and composting practices after agriculture drainage management systems ; and in section 1240A(4)(A)(ii), by inserting , including composting practices before the semicolon.
