Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a time frame for the transfer of naval vessels to Taiwan pursuant to section 102(b) of the Naval Vessel Transfer Act of 2013 ( Public Law 113–276 ; 128 Stat. 2989). The time frame required under subsection
(a)shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may contain a classified annex. In this section, the term appropriate congressional committees has the meaning given such term in section 1 of Public Law 113–276 .
