Section 902(a) of the Counterintelligence Enhancement Act of 2002 ( 50 U.S.C. 3382 ) is amended to read as follows: There shall be a National Counterintelligence Executive who shall be appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate. . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on the date that is one year after the date of the enactment of this Act.
