The 4th paragraph of section 2315 is amended to read as follows: Whoever receives, possesses, conceals, stores, barters, sells, or disposes of any veterans’ memorial object which has crossed a State or United States boundary after being stolen, unlawfully converted, or taken, knowing the same to have been stolen, unlawfully converted, or taken— . Section 2319A(e)(2) is amended by striking 2320(e) and inserting 2320(f) .
