Section 1001(a) of the Highway and Transportation Funding Act of 2014 (128 Stat. 1840) is amended by striking November 20, 2015 and inserting December 4, 2015 . Section 1001(b)(1)(B) of the Highway and Transportation Funding Act of 2014 (128 Stat. 1840) is amended by striking for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on November 20, 2015, and inserting 51/366 of the total amount for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on December 4, 2015, . 65/366 of the total amount Section 1123(h)(1) of MAP–21 ( 23 U.S.C. 202 note) is amended by striking and $4,180,328 out of the general fund of the Treasury to carry out the program for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on November 20, 2015 and inserting and $5,327,869 out of the general fund of the Treasury to carry out the program for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on December 4, 2015 .
Section 1001(c)(1)(B) of the Highway and Transportation Funding Act of 2014 (128 Stat. 1840) is amended— by striking November 20, 2015, and inserting December 4, 2015, ; and by striking and inserting 51/366 . 65/366 Section 1102 of MAP–21 ( 23 U.S.C. 104 note) is amended— by striking subsection (a)(4) and inserting the following: $7,134,218,915 for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on December 4, 2015. ; in subsection (b)(12) by striking , and for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on November 20, 2015, only in an amount equal to $639,000,000, less any reductions that would have otherwise been required for that year by section 251A of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 ( and inserting 2 U.S.C. 901a ), then multiplied by 51/366 for that period , and for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on December 4, 2015, only in an amount equal to $639,000,000, less any reductions that would have otherwise been required for that year by section 251A of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 ( ; 2 U.S.C. 901a ), then multiplied by 65/366 for that period in subsection (c)— in the matter preceding paragraph
(1)by striking November 20, 2015 and inserting December 4, 2015 ; and in paragraph
(2)in the matter preceding subparagraph
(A)by striking for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on November 20, 2015, that is equal to and inserting 51/366 of such unobligated balance for the period beginning on October 1, 2015, and ending on December 4, 2015, that is equal to ; and 65/366 of such unobligated balance in subsection (f)(1) in the matter preceding subparagraph
(A)by striking November 20, 2015 and inserting December 4, 2015 .
