The Border Patrol shall maintain an active duty presence of not fewer than 21,370 full time equivalent agents. The Office of Field Operations of U.S. Customs and Border Protection shall maintain not fewer than 23,775 full time equivalent officers. The Office of Air and Marine of U.S. Customs and Border Protection shall maintain not fewer than 1,675 full time equivalent agents.
