Section 740 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 293d ) is amended— in subsection (a), by inserting after 2014 the following: and each of the fiscal years 2017 through 2021 ; in subsection (b), by inserting after 2014 the following: and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2017 through 2021 ; and in subsection (c), by inserting after 2014 the following: and each of the fiscal years 2017 through 2021 .
